Description: World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth’s new allied race system will push players throughout Azeroth (and beyond) to recruit allies. One of the newest allied races may have us traveling back in its history to World of Warcraft’s alternate-universe Draenor, where stuff has taken a turn for your weird. Thanks into a data-mined broadcast text from WoWHead (that's always at the mercy of change), players have an idea of how bad things should go when they resume Draenor. It turns out, time works somewhat differently when hopping between timelines. Players head back to Draenor to recruit the Mag’har orcs (which essentially implies un-corrupted in Orcish, or otherwise not green towards the rest of us), whom players first met two expansions ago, in World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor. While many players can have left that expansion thinking they saved the entire world from its horrible future from the default timeline — which has been its destruction as a result of the Burning Legion, a demonic army — things haven’t exactly ended up well. When players return, it’s been about 3 decades since the events of Warlords of Draenor.
