Path of Exile's Newbies Guide to Lab
Posted On 12/25/2017 00:51:29 by u4fifa

Path of Exile was originally released in October 2013 to critical acclaim including winning GameSpot's PC Game of the Year award. In August 2017, Path of Exile made its console debut on the Xbox One. Since its launch, Path of Exile has received extensive updates (including six large expansions) and has seen continual, massive audience growth. If you want to buy POE currency, U4GM is your best choice. For this Christmas, we are pleased to say that we make big discount! You can have 5% coupon! Rencently, I noticed that some people raised some basic questions about the laboratory, so I decided I would share guide to help solve some basic issues.

1) So what is lab?

Lab is the only place in game in which you can obtain your ascendancy, there are 4 variations of difficulty; Normal, Cruel, Merciless, Uber

Lab also provides a hefty amount of loot when ran correctly, the aim especially when farming Uber is to spend as little time as possible in lab whilst maximising potential drops I will cover this later on.

2) What do we need to start farming lab?

- Trials completed which are found in maps randomly (Uber only)

- Offering to the Goddess (If doing Uber lab)

- A good build

- Sanity

- Time

3) What are the benefits of running lab?

- One of the few places to obtain a lot of loot with marginal effort (Depends on build)

- Helm enchants, with some going for 10exalt+ each league

- Easy to farm when you understand Lab mechanics and layouts

- Extremely profitable even on bad days

- You can listen to Izaro all day

4) Lab builds

The builds found within this section are what I think to be the best currently for running lab, there may be others you can use so feel free but for lab runners there are only a few builds.

BV QoTF (Blade Vortex, Queen of the Forest

SpoilerShow

5) AW Totems (Ancestral Warchief)

I can't go into much depth with this build as the previous one because I've actually never ran any other build for Lab (Anything slower then the QoTF makes me hurt inside) but from what I've seen, it's basically a super tanky build which will be able to fly through lab with little thought as the totems carry all your damage which means you can spend more time on avoiding slams and spikes of damage.

6) Slayer Cyclone

A slayer based build which allows you to smash through the lab due to the Slayer leech

7) BF Juggernaut (Bladeflurry)

There are many other builds to choose from which can lab safely but for now these four have been the staple builds for Lab runners for a long time, so when picking a build make sure it suits your needs! I hope this guide can help you, more tricks and tips, you can visit our website https://www.u4gm.com/path-of-exile.
